CONTRIBUTION LIMITS EXIST FOR STATE CANDIDATES
Election law limits the size of a contribution from a single source to candidates running for office. The contribution limits depend on the office, the committee and the contributor.

THE SMALL CONTRIBUTOR COMMITTEE PAC ALLOWS RPEA TO INCREASE ITS CONTRIBUTION PER CANDIDATE
The Small Contributor Committee PAC allows RPEA to contribute $11,800 per candidate/per election cycle, which helps elect state candidates supporting issues protecting your benefits and other important issues.

Three options exist for contributing to the RPEA Small Contributor Committee PAC:

• OPTION 1: Set up a monthly contribution (up to $16.66) from your CalPERS pension warrant or with a credit card.
• OPTION 2: Send a one-time contribution by credit card – maximum contribution is $200/year.
• OPTION 3: Send a one-time contribution by check – maximum contribution is $200/year.
